Please read these rules carefully and make sure that you fully understand them before agreeing to be bound by them. By making a deposit to the Casino you confirm that you agree to these rules.

Initial Deposit Bonus

This offer applies to FIRST TIME REAL MONEY PLAYERS and will be applied to their FIRST DEPOSIT to THE CASINO ACCOUNT and cannot be combined with any other bonus or promotion.

To qualify for this promotion, you must download and install the casino software, register for Real Play and deposit a minimum of $20 into your Real Play account.

Qualifying players will have their account credited with a 100% MATCH BONUS of up to a maximum bonus of $200.

The Casino requires that the INITIAL bonus amount plus the initial deposit amount must be wagered a minimum of 15 times prior to permitting any withdrawal over and above the amount of real funds deposited, e.g. if you receive $200 in a sign-up bonus on a $200 initial deposit you must place wagers to the value of $6000 prior to any withdrawals over and above the initial deposit being permitted. If you request a withdrawal prior to completing the playthrough requirement associated with that deposit the remaining credits in your casino account will be completely removed to revert to zero (0). Wagers in Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Sic bo and War do not count towards this wager requirement, Blackjack and all forms of Jacks or Better Video Poker wagers count as 50% towards playthrough.

Your INITIAL DEPOSIT BONUS is for wagering purposes only and may not be withdrawn. Upon your FIRST withdrawal your INITIAL DEPOSIT BONUS balance will revert to zero. Any amount up to the equivalent value of the INITIAL DEPOSIT BONUS will be deducted from your overall play balance or winnings prior to settlement. The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the INITIAL DEPOSIT BONUS. For example, you receive a $200 initial deposit bonus on a deposit of $200 and after playing $6000 in eligible games, say you did well and have a total of $20000 in your account. You will be able to request a withdrawal of the balance of your winnings minus the $200 initial deposit bonus credits.

All Non initial deposit bonuses

The Casino requires that all non INITIAL bonus amounts plus their associated deposit amounts must be wagered a minimum of 10 times prior to permitting any withdrawal over and above amount of real funds deposited e.g. if you receive $10 Neteller bonus on a 100$ deposit you must place wagers to the value of $1100 prior to any withdrawals over and above initial deposit being permitted. Wagers in Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Sic bo and War do not count towards this wager requirement and Blackjack wagers count as 50% towards playthrough.

General Rules

The following Rules apply to all Bonuses and Credits including the initial deposit bonus.

The Casino actively monitors customer accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, defined as inappropriate use of customer bonuses to defraud the casino. We reserve the right to take whatever action we consider necessary to prevent such abuse. This can include, but will not be limited to, deduction of bonus amounts from customer accounts, deduction of funds won using such bonus amounts and suspension of customer accounts.

You are allowed only ONE ACTIVE ACCOUNT. Winnings will only be dispersed to players having one account. If you have more than one account, all winnings will be VOID. If the name on your account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits to the account, all winnings in that account will be VOID. Any abuse or fraudulent activity with relation to your account or any bonuses awarded or offered will cause your account to be blocked and any winnings will immediately be VOID.

All promotions are available only once per person, family, household address, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.).

All withdrawals will be subject to audit before being processed. The Casino reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Casino reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

In any case, The Casino reserves the right to deduct all such bonus credits from your play balance at our sole discretion.

Refer a Friend Bonus

A refer a friend bonus is given to reward customers for bringing their friends to The Casino. $25 will be paid into the referrers casino account provided their friend downloads the casino, deposits a minimum of $25 into a new casino account and subsequently plays all of these funds. Refer a Friend bonuses will be paid within 7 business days of the terms and conditions of the bonus being satisfied. If the conditions necessary for payment of refer a friend bonus are not met within 14 days of download the bonus may be forfeited at the discretion of the casino.
